Check production status, flow up shipment
Make production files and QA files
Work with Customer on capacity reservation, work closely with the Planning Manager with regard to monitoring planning board and order confirmations
Manage customer relationships & customer Key Performance’s to achieve sales & Net Profit targets to meet Dept. objectives
Manage the merchandising team effectively to ensure fabric and components Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) are on time according to production schedule to meet garment deliveries
Review profitability of styles, product categories, and delivery performance, manufacturing capacity for seasons and carry out necessary actions immediately
Ensure follow-up charts are being done on a regular basis and make respective personnel informed on Letter of credit and cash requirements
Perform other duties as assigned by Management"

"Education: - College/University degree
Have experience in Garment factory/ Graduate from Garment Technical & Design Major
Have experience working with FOB orders
Good communication skills in English"
